LinkedIn Learning Enterprise License
Leading the initiative to enable LinkedIn Learning enterprise licensing College-wide, I enhanced student learning tools and facilitated staff and faculty professional development opportunities. Through collaboration with the infrastructure team at Oberlin College, I successfully implemented Okta Single-Sign On, providing free access to learning resources for all staff, faculty, and students. Communication efforts included a campus-wide email outlining the benefits (What), recipients (Who), and significance (Why), driving engagement and adoption. This initiative is detailed in an article on our intranet, highlighting popular LinkedIn courses tailored for students, faculty, and staff.

ERP Assessment Survey
In collaboration with the Director of Project Management and the Chief Information Officer (CIO), I supported the launch of Oberlin College’s initiative to modernize its outdated technology systems by transitioning to a new enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As part of the discovery phase, I helped develop and distribute a campus-wide survey to staff and faculty, gathering feedback on pain points with the current ERP system (Banner). I crafted targeted email communications tailored to each audience segment, clearly outlining the purpose, impact, and relevance of the ERP system to their daily work. This communication helped ensure broad participation and alignment with institutional goals to streamline operations and improve campus-wide efficiency.
